WIGEONPAW (WIGEONHEART)
Wigeonpaw's distinctive way of speaking to others includes a lot of colorful language, with a cocky twist on her words creating some of the most inventive and interesting quotes in RiverClan. She tends to bluntly say what is on her mind, regardless of the consequences, and seems to enjoy getting into minor trouble. If she were to ever start a real fight though, it would usually be with witty remarks and a cocky smile, never breaking her cool. She is very protective of those she loves and fiercely loyal. She retains the idea that you never leave someone behind and, once you are a part of her group of loved ones, you are assured her protection. She treats an attack on a member of her Clan as being tantamount to a direct assault on her and would not stand for it. She tends to reject companionship and does not allow herself to feel much for herself.
I am an absolute sucker for long, tragic, and complicated plots. So the more creative you can get, the better. Wigeonpaw does have two half siblings, one in ThunderClan and the other in WindClan. The three of them will be finding out about each other soon and meeting. a special request! this is for a warrior in RiverClan. They knew Cedarclaw before he died and knew his secrets (that he was having multiple affairs with she-cats in other Clans). I'd like for this warrior to let it slip to Wigeonpaw somehow, be it on purpose or accidental. :3
As for romance... well as an apprentice, any love interest probly wouldn't come to be until she got to be a warrior. She kind of works herself until she drops, so she never has time for flirting or sharing tongues with others (thus her lack of friends). I was thinking that a romance could only blossom from someone having the same ideals as her throwing himself headfirst into service for the Clan. She could only fall for a tom who loves RiverClan as much as she does - specifically a warrior. Whoever she falls for will have to be able to take any prickly behaviors from her and throw it back and be basically unaffected by her trying to push him away. They would eventually become best friends and do everything together - training, patrolling, hunting, and when it would come to battles, they'd be the kind of friends who would fight back to back. When it would come to developing feelings for each other, I thing Wigeon would probably be afraid of the feelings at first and hide them for quite a while, and even balk when he would confess his feelings for her and all that, especially if he's much older than her.. I really love the idea of her falling for a warrior much older than her. Hooray for emotional complications! THAT ALL BEING SAID, if you have a different idea of a cat from another Clan or a loner, I'm open to it if it's really super awesome. But since she already has her brother and sister in different Clans, I'm pretty much all set with her loyalties being tested and torn. But like I said, I'm open to hearing ideas!
Wigeonpaw will definitely need enemies - especially from other Clans. She's passionately loyal to RiverClan, so any other Clanner is an automatic enemy to her. I wouldn't mind rivals within the Clan as well. :3 I would love for her secret to get out one day - That her father was a traitor and that she has two half siblings in two different Clans. I think it would awesome for a cat or a few cats to question her loyalty and really force her to decide between her family or her Clan.
Friends! Wigeonpaw doesn't generally have time for the usual friend-stuff, but it would be good for her to find perhaps a confidante that she can trust. She needs someone she can tell anything to, and someone who can tell anything to her. I was thinking another apprentice would be best, so it could be someone she grew up with. I'm really open on this one, but it has to be within the Clan.
If anyone has more ideas, I'd love to hear them. The more plots and relationships I can create for Wigeonpaw, the better!
